It's never been a secret, we watch a lot of shonen anime. What started out as a demographic has turned into  a genre of its own. With a focus on battle style, we hash out the good and the bad of anime with the "shonen" tag. Let us know what you do or don't like about shonen anime at any of the links down below!

Welcome to the Summer 2020 edition of our Sorta-Seasonal review! As always we didn't watch everything (or even come close), but we're talking about the shows we did watch! As well as some upcoming shows we're hyped about.

Does God of Highschool have what it takes to be more than fun? Did Re:Zero satisfy with the first half of season two? Hear our thoughts and let us know what you think!

Our favorite characters were raised by someone right? Well, maybe not all of them... Either way in this episode we're talking about the Parents of Anime! The good, the bad, the ones with moral dilemmas that cause them to sacrifice their parental duty for the sake of humanity.

Let us know who your favorite parental figures in anime are at any of the links down below!

We're putting a bow on our 3 part Hunter X Hunter discussion. Covering from the start of Chimera Ant arc, to where the manga is currently. Ants, elections, succession wars, dark continents, Gyro! We've got it all! Plus some predictions for the future. Hopefully we (mostly Earthworm) didn't fanboy TOO much for you all in this episode. Enjoy!

As long as you're watching anime, it doesn't matter if you watch sub or dub. That being said there are pros and cons to each. In this episode we're listing and discussing those pros and cons! No lie, it takes us a while to get to the main topic, but we hope you enjoy our shenanigans beforehand!

How many time's has your critic brain taken over while you were watching anime? Those times where you critique every bit of the show you're watching.  Well it's happened to us, and we're doing something about it! We've set out on a mission to create the best anime story ever told. Don't believe we can do it? Well, yeah we don't either. However, that won't stop us from trying.  We hope you all enjoy the first Anime Brothers original story.

Special thanks to all our Discord members who contributed!

Lately there's been a decent amount of talk about Yu-Yu-Hakusho in our discord server. A few of our listeners have started it, while others aren't sure the show is for them. We can't blame people for their skepticism. It's a show from the 90's that not many people talk about, so why should they watch it? Well we're here to tell you why!  So grab your backpacks and other adventuring gear, because we the Anime Brothers are about to convince you to watch a show that's almost 30 years old! Trust us, it's Earthworms favorite for a reason!
