This week the class is taking a trip to Florida! Hopefully, we can keep ourselves out of trouble and not end up in prison. 

We're diving straight into Part 6! Jolyne Cujoh has recently been framed for murder and is serving a 15-year sentence at Green Dolphin Street Prison, where she develops a new power, meets her father, a wonderful cast of colorful characters, and tries to prevent a certain priest from attaining heaven. Tune in as we discuss the uniqueness that is Part 6 of Jojo's and the loop that the ending through the whole fandom into. 

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - 76, 77, 78 - 99, 100%!!!! What a journey! Studio Bones has done an absolutely fantastic job animating this series from beginning to end. From the Psycho Helmet religion, to Dimple's betrayal, to aliens in outer space, Truck-Kun's cousin Car-chan trying to isekai Mob himself, and finally a simple rejection, season 3 was jam-packed with so many crazy plot lines that make this universe and these characters so amazing. Tune in as we discuss our favorite moments of Season 3, our favorite characters, and what made this show stand out among others.

We finally made it to Hakone, and our boys successfully achieved their dream! Tune in this week as we discuss the finale of "run with the wind" and see if we think it lives up to the hype of other sports anime and who became our favorite members of this track and field team.

This week we're diving back into the realm of sports anime, and this time we're getting into track and field! Run with the Wind is an anime that aired back in the 2018-2019 seasons and was produced by Production I.G. This story takes place in college, unlike many other sports anime, and is essentially the story of building up a team from nothing to see if we can achieve our new found dream. Tune in this week as we discuss who on the team we like the most, does this anime give us BL vibes, and where do we think the second half of the story will go. 

This week the class jumps back into Tokyo Revengers for its conclusion! Did we vibe with how this story ended? Do we think the explanation of how time travel works in this universe made sense?  Who were our favorite characters and moments throughout this manga series? Tune in as we discuss the final arc of Ken Wakui's "Tokyo Revengers." 

This week we finally reach the finale! We finally discover who Futaro chooses as his future bride-to-be! Which girl showed the most determination and fight for his love in the end? Which quint do we think should have won his heart, and if you've seen it, are you happy with the outcome? Tune in as we discuss some of our favorite moments from the movie, some moments that might've been a miss, and hear about who we feel should have been the overall winner at the end of this game of love. 

This week we're continuing on with this love hexagon! We dive deeper into the personalities and motivations of each quint, and we get some additional information on the history of the picture! Whose motivations and drive made the most sense to us this season? Which quintuplet do you think fell in our rankings, and do you think we change our minds on who we think will "win" this competition of love? Tune in as we discuss the anime finale of "The Quintessential Quintuplets!" 

This week the class explores the Harem genre and we dive head-first into Negi Haruba's "Quintessential Quintuplets!" We follow the story of our main protagonist Futaro, who is a poor, desperate, and lonely student who is hired to tutor some rich quintuplets who have no chance of passing high school without his guidance! This story of sisters introduces us to a number of different anime personality tropes who just about anyone can take a liking too! Also, this story has a huge mystery on who Futaro marries!!! 

Tune in as we discuss who our favorite sister is, who we think will win Futaro's love, and what were our favorite moments during season 1 of this anime! 

This week the class is heading to Mars and exploring some of the universe's greatest talent! Carole and Tuesday originally aired on Netflix in 2019 and was directed by Shinichiro Watanabe and animated by Studio Bones. We follow the journey of Carole and Tuesday and their struggle to "make it big!" Tune in as we discuss some of our favorite moments, our favorite songs, and who stood out the most in this colorful cast! 

This week the class is going to the movies! I mean, our living rooms, but you get the idea! We cover the 1984 Japanese short story by author Seiko Tanabe, "Josee, the Tiger, and The Fish". This film was previously released back in 2020 and follows the story of Tsuneo, a college student who is working multiple jobs to achieve his dream of diving into other oceans in search of a certain fish, and Josee, a dreamer, who lives her life stuck in a wheelchair. This romantic comedy-drama film was animated by Studio Bones, who have animated other famous works such as "Mob Psycho, My Hero Academia, and Space Dandy". Tune in as we discuss our thoughts on this rom-com movie, and see if we thought it lives up to the hype of other similar Japanese animated movies that have been released in the past few years.
