Anime Shmanime

This week we are covering the anime film "Your Name". It's full of the feels and love it or hate it, we all felt them. We talk about time travel, what it would be like to wake up with boobs, and once again... accepting things. In this episode SOMEONE takes SOMEONE ELSE'S side. Sorry for being ambiguous but there are only three of us and you can probably figure this one out.

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Save this episode for later if you want to experience this show without a high-energy, often heated, very thorough discourse on it's high and low points. We cover each Anime from top to bottom, leaving no stone unturned.

Later Shweebs!

-Mikey, Jay, and Jordy

Jordy has a dog and a band!

In our first episode, Mikey and Jay introduce Jordy to 'Fan Service' and other Anime tropes, Mikey explains what we all need to "ACCEPT", and we get to the bottom of how everyone really feels about Excalibur (BAKA!!). We watched the first 24 episodes on Netflix, but maybe we should have watched more? Maybe you should? Find out where we all land, and maybe change where you do by tuning in.

Thanks for tuning in to Anime Shmanime! In this intro to the show, you'll learn a little bit about our approach to covering Anime and you'll have a chance to meet the members of our team. Resident weebs Mikey and Jay curate a list of anime shows and movies for Jordy (a complete noob) to weigh in on. Along the way, we find out what works and doesn't work for all three... the results are not always predictable!
