In today’s podcast, we are talking with João Couceiro (Kow-Sero) da Costa who is based in Portugal and is a Client Project Manager at Bobsled. Previously at Amazon, he worked in 2 major departments: Global Catalog Operations and Retail Account Management, both focused almost exclusively on the Vendor side of the business, especially Retail Account Management where he had the sole purpose of growing vendor accounts.
