This week, Matt Larson teaches through the end of chapter six and seven where we see that as the people of God take shape into his community, there are structures and systems that are put in place to carry out the purposes of God.

This week, Josh Lewis takes us to Nehemiah 5 where we see a call for the people of God to pursue living in unity with one another through the example of Jesus.

This week, Rob Patterson takes us to Nehemiah 4, where we see how reliant the people of Jerusalem were upon one another to accomplish the task at hand. Even now, we need to look to other believers that we are in a relationship with to lift us up, to encourage us, to correct us, and to help us move forward in a life of pursuing Jesus.

This week, Matt Larson takes us to Nehemiah 3, where we see the people of Jerusalem rallying together to rebuild the walls of their city. In the same way, we believe God has called each member of His church to contribute to the work He has in store for us now.

This week, Matt Larson takes us to Nehemiah 2, where we see that while thriving in exile, Nehemiah garners the favor of the kind and goes to Jerusalem to rally and cast vision to God’s people to restore the wall of the city. As he casts vision, he encounters opposition and encouragement. Ultimately, as we go into the areas God has called us, God gives us our identity, strength, power and foundation.

This week, Matt Larson begins our teaching series through the book of Nehemiah. We start out with some background and context for when and why the book was written, and finish by looking at Nehemiah's prayer of repentance for himself and the nation of Israel. In the same way, Jesus calls us to have a heart of repentance in a life submitted to Him.

This week, Bert Alcorn finishes up our teaching series on Money, by laying out how we see the Bible calling us as Christians to be generous with the resources we are given to steward. There are lots of specifics we look forward to engaging in with our Community Groups this week!
