I'm really excited about this episode because it is all about coming up with amazing ideas!

Mark Levy has written for the New York Times, and has written or co-created five books. His last book, Accidental Genius: Using Writing to Generate Your Best Ideas, Insight, and Content, has been published in ten languages. Mark has also been an instructor of the course “Writing for Businesses and Professionals†at Rutgers University.

Sometimes, companies will fly him in just to lead brainstorming sessions. Mark will teach us about creativity constraints to help in this ideation process, such as coming up with the worst, most dangerous, most boring, most expensive idea to get the wheels turning.

Mark is also a magician who has created tricks for some of the top performing magicians in the world.

Mark has a new course called Influencing People Honestly, and we will get into using stories to influence people later in the episode.
