Apologia Church

Pastor Jeff Durbin of Apologia Church teaches on the relationship between the Christian and the Law of God. Many people abuse the Law of God by falsely teaching that it can be used (in any way) as a means of getting justified before God. This is false and is refuted by Scripture. However, on the other end of the spectrum, there are those who teach that because we are saved by faith alone in Christ alone that the Law of God is irrelevant under the New Covenant. What does the Bible teach? This is Part 2 of Jeff's message on this.

A sermon from Pastor Jeff Durbin of Apologia Church on Jesus and the Law of God. Was Jesus opposed to the Law of God? How should we view the Law of God today as Christians? What was the foundation of the Law of God? Is the Law of God irrelevant, today?

This is the first of two sermons on this passage.

There are a lot of fictitious views of the "end times" on the scene, today. Pastor Jeff is working through the Gospel According to Matthew and getting to the Olivet Discourse. Matthew is telling a story. A story that began long before him. Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem and His confrontation with the religious leaders has more to it than meets the eye.

We are in our Kingdom of God series at Apologia Church. Zach preached this message from the text in Matthew's Gospel where Jesus is challenged about His authority. Pastor Jeff Durbin said this was his favorite message he has ever heard on this text.

This message is an important sermon on the persecuted church and our being bound together with them. How should we view Christians who are persecuted around the world? Have you heard the stories about the persecuted church in China?

Jeff Durbin preaches on the Lord Jesus, the Old Testament prophecies, the warnings to the 1st century, and the Book of Revelation. This is part 2 of the series of messages on Matthew 21 where Jesus talks about saying to "this" mountain be cast into the sea. Is this about what many teachers say it is? Or is there a more profound and biblical way to look at this important passage?

Who is Jesus? Can you demonstrate that Jesus is the promised Messiah from the Old Testament? Is Jesus the Messiah?
