Ingo is an external consultant engaged at his customers in roles as Focused Build Coach and SAP ALM architect. His responsibilities usually circle around the efficient use of SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM and to increase the customer organizations ALM maturity by understanding and adopting SAP Activate and various SAP Best Practices, Standards and Guidelines applicable to the “Business of IT”.
