Barry Zoeller makes his first visit to the program to fill us in on all that's happening with the massive 270,000-acre Tejon Ranch real estate development located between Los Angeles and Bakersfield. Most know the area for the Outlets at Tejon, restaurants and gas stations but it's in fact quite a bit more and about to expand exponentially.
