The Carolina Panthers offense hit rock bottom during a 16-13 loss to the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football. At 1-8, Frank Reich and his coaching staff are heading into a final eight-game stretch that will determine their futures in Carolina. While Reich ruled out making staff changes he didn't rule out taking back playcalling duties from Thomas Brown as the team has scored two offensive touchdowns in Brown's three games as the play-caller. Bryce Young appeared to turn the corner in a walk-off win vs the Houston Texans in Week 8 but since then has had two straight rough outings. Julian explains why Young's development in the final eight games will determine the future of Frank Reich in Carolina.
