The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati heard arguments in August and September about same-sex couple’s marriages in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, rulings in those cases are pending. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in Nevada, Alaska, Hawaii and Idaho and elsewhere there are 14 States with court cases.
