The guys are back together once again, virtually, of course. Dick Loverboy is done with Whole 30, back on brown liquor, and setting new goals for 2021. The guys come up with a Covid workaround for the River Trip and encourage everyone to vote in the Flagpole's Athens Favorites.

Lil’ Skweeque took a well-deserved week off, so this one is just Dick Loverboy and the Reverend Florist. They talk about Cruella, Impeachment, the Larry Sanders Show, and other podcasts. Rev Flo mourns the loss of Farmington Kitty, and they talk about the death of Rush Limbaugh. DLB’s got some new shoes, and there is a rover on Mars right now.

The President has been impeached. Jon has been walking. Ebola is back! The guys honor the memory of Larry Flynt and reminisce about the days of woods porn. Gina Carano gets fired. Dick Loverboy wants more memes and is completely sick of Whole 30.

The guys send heartfelt congratulations to their good friend Will. Dick Loverboy talks about his recent foray into the MCU and gives a 20th century history lesson. Jon wonders if he has a drinking problem. The guys issue the Standing Outside the Fire Challenge. They talk about socialism, the Nightstalker, and Virgil’s balls. They debate which Indiana Jones movie is greatest and sing praises to the River Spirit. And we learn about Other TJ.

The guys celebrate the final six days of the Trump presidency and reflect back on the storming of the Capitol. Dick Loverboy is exercising. There is a listener challenge. Jon ponders marriage as a death gamble. DLB discusses some upcoming movie screenings in the yard, and Jon really misses Parler.

You would think, with a title like this one, that the guys would be spending some time this episode offering some really deep and well thought-out reflections on what it’s like to be an American in these trying times.
