Another chapter in the Army's years long effort to integrate its disparate IT networks. Last month, the army released a 2.0 version of its unified network plan. The idea is to let data flow more freely among stove pipes with zero trust security for details and as part of Federal News Network's DoD modernization exchange, Federal News Network's Jason Miller spoke with the Army's Deputy Chief of Staff for command control communications, Lieutenant General Jeff Ray.
