Most of us are guilty of being unable to conclusively switch off after a long day at work. We rehash the day's events, engage in closet office politics, and even stay up late into the evening responding to emails that really could wait until tomorrow.
For NYC-based fashion, event, and society photographer, Clint Spaulding, leaving work at the door has become a carefully crafted art form – even after a frenzied red carpet affair.
On this episode of ARRIVED., I chat with Clint about his rituals for switching off, releasing the stress of his work day, and even a mindset tactic that keeps his work out of sight (and out of mind) after hitting a late night deadline in his home office.
Clint's work has been featured in the New York Times, The New Yorker, ESPN, GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, InStyle, Harper's Bazaar, and Women's Wear Daily, (amongst others). He has photographed everyone from Lady Gaga to Michelle Obama. In his free time, he exhibits his personal work in galleries around New York.
