Other than that this is an awesome week, I finally have a release date for 'Allegory of the End, Vol: I'! (Drum roll) March 24th baby, mark your calendars! We also have the proofs for the merch finally underway, so expect Phase 1 our line of apparel early March as well!

Episode #35 and I'm joined this week by Tara A. Lake, author of "Age of the Almek" as well as head of Lake Publishing!

Tara is the type of indie writer we should all aspire to be. Her writing is crisp and engaging, her cover is minimalist yet draws you in, and her formatting is unlike anything I've seen before (who else is putting a set of societal rules right after establishing it in the prologue, genius).

She's also the head of Lake Publishing, so watch out for them in the coming years and make sure to support an Indie Press that's run by an awesome Indie team. We gotta stick together! #proudtobeindie

Her book "Age of the Almek" is out now on Amazon/Kindle with links readily available @ taraalake.com, it's well worth the read. Phenomenally paced dystopian thriller with great characters and a very well built world to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Episode #31 and I'm joined this week by Alex Bliss, author 'Weaving Back the Thread' a self-help book that "introduces new ways of being in the world".

Alex is the first non-fiction writer I've had on the podcast and he set quite a bar if you ask me. His philosophies on life, pursuits of happiness, and self-improvement is a breath of fresh air in today's wold of self-involvement.

I enjoyed the hell out of this recording, this is another author to keep an out for and respect. This is one of the few self-help books that don't seem too 'preachy' to me, but instead offers genuine insight from a person who's educated, articulate, and wise.

Episode #28: Another Wednesday, Another Solocast.

I delve into some philosophies on literature that happened to pop into my head at the time of recording then started my main ramble aimed toward a very spiritual director: Robert Rodriguez.

Episode #27 and I'm joined by a very special guest, Fred Van Lente, author to many Marvel comics as well as one of my all-time favorite novels “The 10 Dead Comedians".

This episode holds a special place in my heart solely because Fred's first published work "The 10 Dead Comedians" is a book I read and fell in love with during college years ago (before the first draft of 'Allegory' was even penned) so to be talking with its author now really puts things into perspective.

There's not enough space to type all the good praises I have to sing for this individual, he's an inspiration and someone to seriously look out for if you're not already a rabid fan.
