You know the deal by now, another Wednesday, another solo ramble session to update ya'll on what's what. Today I talk about my release date for Allegory of the End, Vol:I and my plans for rolling out the debut which is now officially two months away (5/24/2021 is D-Day, mark your calendars).

Also drop some news hot off the presses, I now hold in my possession the first proofs of our merch and they look amazing! The posters came out in beautiful quality, 11x18 too so it's nicely sized plus will be much more affordable than typical merch-related posters. Aiming for a $5-$6 price point dependent on the frame we use.

Finally (but defienetly not leastly) the pre-order eBook copies of "Allegory of the End, Vol:I" is up on the Amazon / Kindle store! Very excited to finally have it officailly up, and if you're intereted please follow my Amazon author page (just google A.R. Mirabal + Amazon, I'll come up).

Episode #45 and I'm joined this week by Medea Kalantar, creator of the Honeycake Book Series, a children's book series with beautiful illustration which is available now on her Amazon page & website.

Medea is a pillar of inspiration and positivity. Her advice about the writing industry and what it takes to be a successful self-published author is something that anyone who even has an inkling of an interest in literature should hear.

She was a delight to speak with and I'm truly honored to now call her a peer. Her hard work speaks for itself as she's only been actively writing for 3 years but already is in talks with a production company to get her work made into a TV show! She's a reminder the only limit we have in this craft is the ones we set on ourselves.

Episode #43 and I'm joined this week by Adam Gaffen, author of the Cassidy Chronicles and other great indie sci-fi works (all available now through his Amazon page & website).

Adam and I had a great time talking about his stance on writing strong women characters, our favorite science fiction tropes, and the nuances of indie self-publishing.

His series, The Cassidy Chronicles, is a hard science saga centered around two strong female leads in the year 2113. The first three books of the series are out now, with the fourth being released on April 16th, 2021.

Episode #41 and I'm joined this week by Tim Heath, prolific author of over 19 books and counting! His 9-book saga "The Hunt" is beloved by fans and he just recently released a stand-alone novel, "The 26th Protocol" is out now on Amazon/Kindle (along with the rest of his great work)

Talking with Tim was the highlight of my day last week, his enthusiasm for the craft as well as critical insight and love of movies made it feel like our chat only lasted a couple of minutes.

What really struck me about Tim, and is an inspiration for not only me but anyone who wants to go down this creative path, is that he switches genre at the drop of a hat. Sci-Fi Thriller, Detective Thriller, Historical Fiction...and that's just to name a few.

If that's not enough for you, Tim was also an extra in the movie Tenant (with the screenshot to prove it)! Even got to witness the setting up and follow-through of crucial scenes in the movie, all while being spitting distance of Christopher Nolan himself!

Top of the mornin'! It's a deliciously sunny Wednesday morning in March and today's recording kicks off my month-long debut countdown since "Allegory of the End, Vol: I" is (finally) being released on the 24th!

Episode #39 and I'm joined this week by Skye Horn, author of the "Kingdom of Faerie" series and co-founder of the Writing Community on Instagram!

Skye has been a name I've heard multiple times since starting this podcast. Every time she's mentioned its accompanied by high praise and admiration from fellow authors, that her writing has inspired them. It only took a minute or two of speaking with her to see that they hit the hammer square on the nail, that she would end up inspiring me as well.

This young woman is a force to be reckoned with. Her debut novel "Wings of Fate" (Book 1 of A Kingdom of Faerie) was released towards the end of 2019 and she's already followed up with three sequels! The fourth and final books of the series, "Wings of Insurgence", is set to drop soon so make sure to binge the saga before then; its worth the investment if you're a fan of Romantic Fantasies.
