One of the most important skills to develop in all relationships and in life in general is the ability to understand, create and uphold healthy boundaries. Unfortunately this is not a skill many of us are taught during childhood and so we need to develop the skill later in life.

In this episode I discuss some crucial foundational awareness required to attune ourselves to our boundaries so we can then work with them in our relationships.
