The second sermon in "The Church Series" is finally here for all of our above average listeners!  The reward for your patience is extra music from the Allelu Singers and C2W (Created 2 Worship) and a word from Bethany's youth group about their Oktoberfest fund raiser.  So, aim high and set a goal that you will listen to some more of Paul's words from the book of Philippians!

Is our church a loving church?  Paul thought that the Philippians were pretty loving, but that did not stop him from challenging them.  The sermon explores that challenge to see if our church can be more loving.  Also, a bunch of Lutheran pastors sing "I Bind Unto Myself This Day" and more information about what "Congregational Renewal" means at Bethany Lutheran Church.

The September Sermons series concludes with the Feast of St. Matthew, notes about feasts and Gospels, music from C2W and a special reprise of "Jesus, Guide Me."  I think I remembered to put a sermon in there, too...

Well, the weekly podcast has been a little less than weekly, so we have to hustle to get the September Sermons series out while it is still September!  After the quarterback calls a "no huddle" offense, we launch into music from C2W and the sermon for Holy Cross Day. 

The new school year is upon us and Bethany Lutheran celebrated with Rally Day.  This episode has a special sermon directed at the children (but meant for everyone) along with some upbeat announcements, our Rally Day anthem and Aaron Copeland's variations of "Simple Gifts" heard on our organ. 

In Episode 3 of "Calling All Disciples" you will hear highlights of a Gospel concert hosted by Bethany Lutheran in honor of Liberian Independence Day in addition to the lastest sermon in our series on disciples.  

This is episode 2 of "Calling All Disciples".  In additon to the sermon, you will hear sounds from all the space-themed fun we had during our Vacation Bible School (VBS) this summer and a musical bonus at the end.

Back from a short break, this podcast is episode one of a new sermon series for August titled "Calling All Disciples."  Also listen for some music from our worship group C2W (Created 2 Worship) and news about upcoming podcasts, this summer.

Episode three of "This Is Most Certainly True" gets powered up at the beginning and then gives you the last "Hidden History" feature and the last sermon in our current series that takes a look at the work of The Holy Spirit.  Fans of Charles Spurgeon will hopefully enjoy the end of the sermon, which will be followed by a musical bonus, as well.
