so it looks like theres more than one   kind of like   ecosystem.   you have parts of the world that can travel   and then you have parts of the world   that cannot and are refugees.    and so ,   like i was talking about earlier.   with americans,  they can travel but they also can fight each other abroad.  then on the opposite end of things happening at the same time, you have migrants like these.   so it is kind of confusing  trying to     create a system  for the people that can travel    and creating a system for the people that cannot travel, the refugees.   refugees can also be people with money, but maybe they are highly disrespected in the country they come from.     the citizens are probably overwhelmed by the  problems the regular travelers and the migrants.

you may need to understand that there is a certain level of gangstalking coming from the united states. and if americans are looking for other americans "abroad"  most likely the sources that are looking for americans abroad will need to be verified as like legitimately from the government. otherwise, it is most likely gang activity or crime of some other sort.

i dont really want to talk about kanye west. but i think kanye west should be careful about russia.  i think he may need to be sanctioned.   he could maybe be captured  to see if he is a real person    because he seems to have more strength than most people.  both donald trump and kanye west sometimes i think   they are not real 

but with kanye west   he is trying to   one up the united states.    by putting his tenticles in russia     but it is because he is looking for somewhere else to live

i think places like russia should give people like kanye west   refugee status otherwise they will take over.   folks like kanye west and others are technically sort of fleeing the united states.  in a way, considering the bering strait theory, it is retracing the ancestry of the indigenous people of america.  and i think it could go the same way for americas born descendants of slaves .  but i think they would be less likely to re migrate to africa. because their ancestry also includes indigenous ancestry. so they would most likely prefer to remigrate not to africa. which according to the bering strait theory, would mean they are also partially descendants of the russia asia regions. but i could see a movement of indigenous americans re migrating to the russia and asia regions.
