He’s torn between buying a flat or house, and wonders if he’d be better off looking in cheaper areas and trying to purchase two properties instead of one. He asks Rob & Rob what they’d do in his position. 

(5:55) Simona's in the process of buying a two-bed flat in Manchester city centre, but some red flags have popped up during conveyancing, including a big jump in service charges, a £2K deficit, and no reserve fund in place. With the seller’s solicitor slow to respond, she wonders if this is a sign to walk away.
