Dan wants tenants to make it their own, while his wife believes furnishing will set the standard. They turn to Rob & Rob to settle the debate. 
  • (3:46) Emma’s put an offer on a property with a non–high street estate agent, who’s insisting on a £7,000 deposit before they’ll even accept it. She wants to know if this is legitimate, whether she could get the money back if things go wrong, or if she should just walk away.
