With rent caps, new legislation, and landlords reportedly heading for the exits, he asks Rob & Rob whether the impressive yields on paper are worth the regulatory uncertainty. 
  • (04:04) Tim's got £30K in a Lifetime ISA and is considering relocating from London to Liverpool or Manchester to get on the property ladder. His plan? Buy a two-bed and rent out the spare room to help cover the mortgage. He asks the guys whether this strategy makes sense – and what he should be thinking about before making the move.
