Ressie is getting ready to get married to her fiancé but she is not feeling happy now. Her father is in jail and her mother isn’t doing well so she can’t make it to the wedding. So she heard a conversation between her fiancé and his mom with him saying that he is having cold feet and he is getting nervous. He even stated that she believes that Ressie is a gold digger. Now the date is getting close and she does not know if she wants to go through with it. His mom is always in their business and she thinks that she is putting seeds in his head. They have been together for three years and she does not know how to address this issue.
