I've been gone awhile, but I'm back now!
After a lengthy sabbatical, I'm back .. In this episode I'm dealing with a key issue in planning your own training sessions and that's extra conditioning work during the pre-season.. It's one of the biggest mistakes players make and one of my pet hates when it comes to old school coaches running players into the ground .. In this episode I talk about the actual physical demands of the game, how to assess what extra work you need to do outside of those sessions and how to put yourself in key position when it comes to championship!
Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
Also nearly time for gyms to open so if you are interested in working with me, get in touch now!
