Im Alter von 8 Jahren zeichnete ich ein Bild davon, wie sich mein Leben entwickelt hatte, wollte aber Schritte unternehmen, um es besser zu machen – viel besser.

Nach 34 Jahren des Zeichnens und dem Glauben daran, dass es möglich sein könnte, wurde bei mir ADHS diagnostiziert und ich wusste sofort, dass ich das Lebensrätsel, das ich durchlebte, gelöst hatte – doch mit dieser neuen Gabe und neuen Fähigkeiten machte ich mich daran, sie zu nutzen Diese Fähigkeiten ermöglichen mir, das BESTE Leben zu führen, das ich konnte.

The well-known scientific paper called "The Intense World Theory - A Unifying Theory of the Neurobiology of Autism" is a document I wanted to see if it is still relevant in 2024.

It is certainly an interesting paper and I put ADHD, ADHD's history into the mix with AUDHD too, touch in how much our world would be so much better if acceptance of Autism and ADHD was present! Boy, all of our lives would be amazing!

I round up my findings (my opinion) on the document at the end.

Oh, wouldn't it be interesting to do a scientific paper on NT's.

We speak about becoming an Entrepreneur and that you have to know yourself very well indeed first.

At this time in 2022 I was getting to grips with my ADHD and my diagnosis of Autism in June 2023 really changed things in my life drastically - I was trying to know self, but the barriers were fast and changing, just like this episode.

We speak about starting before you are ready, that you don't need all of the answers to get going with something. Many times we fail, and also hit stumbling blocks, in business as well as with AUDHD.

Nachdem sie alle Optionen ausgelotet hatte, die das Gesundheitssystem zu bieten hatte, machte sie es sich zur Aufgabe, neben dem System, ihre eigene Lösung zu finden, um erfolgreich die Kontrolle über ihr Leben zurückzugewinnen. Sie nutzte das, was sie auf ihrer eigenen Reise gelernt hatte, wagte sich in verschiedene wissenschaftliche Bereiche, sprach mit Experten, studierte neu veröffentlichte Arbeiten, nahm an Vorträgen teil und schaffte es, einen umfassenden Behandlungsansatz zu entwickeln, der heute als B| bezeichnet wird Neue Methodik.

B|New befähigt und stattet neurodivergente Menschen (insbesondere Menschen mit Zwangsstörungen und ADHS) aus, die Kontrolle über ihr Leben zurückzugewinnen und ihre Reise zu Selbstbestimmung und persönlicher Meisterschaft zu beginnen.
