We have regular triggers and meltdowns and cry but we can experience the RSD and soothe ourselves

Female with the Inattentive - (men can have inattentive too) seems to internalise our emotions
Hyperactivity - predisposed to externalise out emotions
NT concentrate on the external and are fearful and don’t like change, so they critizise us so much without looking at themselves
Working on self care is the number one priority
Diet is important, drinking to keep hydrated when taking ADHD meds and RSD is minimised because you have good nutrition
