It was fantastic to recently chat with one of the Port Adelaide Football Club's greatest ever players Warren Tredrea on Sports Legends with Bevo.
We spoke about why wearing the prison bars means so much to Port Adelaide players, what it was like to win a SANFL premiership as a teenager, some of the characters he played with throughout his career and growing up in a sporting family!
Tredders and another AFL great, Matthew Richardson will be doing a rare sportsman's event on Saturday 15th April at the Gov, check the Talking Talent and The Gov for more details and where to get tickets, it should be a ripper!
Thanks so much to Pete Oldfield from Southern Slugs Football Club for sponsoring this episode and head to their Facebook page to find out about an awesome AFL Masters event happening in Bali over the June long weekend.
Thanks again to Tredders for his time and the team at PodBooth for putting this fantastic episode together.

What does Easter mean to you? For some it’s a devout and important part of the Christian faith. For others it’s a tradition that developed in the northern hemisphere to mark the coming of Spring. And for others, it’s about chocolate!
In this episode Kate roams the neighbourhood talking with friends about how they grew up marking Easter, and what they do now.
Note - maybe not the best episode for little bunny ears

Growing up and understanding your place and your voice in this world isn’t easy. A personality trait tool that can help people understand and codify themselves is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
For example, Tracy Noon was an introverted child in a family mixed with introverts and extroverts. She always found it was tough to get her voice heard. By the time she’d though through what she wanted to say, the conversation had moved on.
Kate was an extroverted child in an introverted family. Both parents were librarians. She was always told she was too bossy and had a secret feeling the introverts were judging her.
In this episode Kate and Tracy connect for coffee and brew up some analysis.

Children need boundaries. Well we all need boundaries.
Boundaries, essentially, are a form of self care. They create clear guidelines/rules/limits of how people should be treated. Boundaries honour our needs and wants so we feel respected and safe. They build self-esteem, help bring focus, enhance mental health, and develop independence.
In this episode – the benefits of boundaries with our children.
