Chef Darryl Payne is a Chef, personal trainer and also an Olympic Hopeful in skeleton.  Chef Darryl is a focused young man with the potential to bring home the gold from Beijing for Austin in 2022.  Chef Darryl and I discuss his creole/ cajun culinary roots although being Texas native.  We also touch on the importance of overall health through his wellness program at Geraldines.  Keep an eye on Darryl and cheer him on during 2022 Olympics.  It is extremely inspiring to sit side by side such an awesome individual.

Young and aspiring Chef Michael Roland joins in on the podcast and discusses the new Bar Peached location on 6th St.  Chef Michael dives into where he came from and how he met his fiancé who is also a young Chef at Colleen's Kitchen.  From nights spent at a diner where they first met to possible future plans of opening a place of their own.  Chef Michael Roland currently works for a company he loves and has a team that we will eventually hear from on Austin All Day.  Keep an eye on this young Chef he has a bright culinary future ahead of him.
