In this deeply emotional episode of The Authentically Healing Podcast, I open up about processing grief while navigating my own during this holiday season. Grief can feel especially heavy this time of year, and I share heartfelt reflections and insights on how to honor your emotions, find moments of peace, and embrace the healing journey amidst the pain. In this heartfelt return to the mic, I share why I’ve been away and the struggles that kept me from creating content. This episode marks my first recording of the year and a recommitment to showing up authentically, even in the midst of my own healing journey. Join me as I explore what it means to embrace the process of healing, even when there are no clear answers, and how we can still inspire others by simply being present and honest about where we are.

The purpose of this workshop is to  help bring awareness of our authentic selves and to have us self-examine how we show up in our role as professionals. 

It's important for us to know if we have any self limiting beliefs:

ex: shame, guilt, unworthiness, survivor’s guilt (are you the first in your family?) or any other barriers that show up when we are to be leading as professionals and/or as a BOSS. 

Maybe it's keeping us from leading and we are still standing behind the curtains backstage, instead of in the forefront. 

I want us to explore with how to recognize and conquer any internal barriers hindering our goals, and hindering us from showing up as your authentic self

We have to identify AND challenge our limiting beliefs, so that we can then align our aspirations with our true selves. At this point we will be able to empower growth within ourselves and whoever you will be leading. Ex: fulfilling our goals, expanding our practice, leading our clinical teams, manifesting our vision, etc

This segment is also ideal for those seeking some transformative tools to pursue our intentions and for us to be represented as authentic as possible in this new year. We want to finally be able to show up and be ok with who we are showing up as.
