In the '70s, personal problems and mental health weren't something you just opened up and talked about.  You kept it quiet, you kept it moving, and you kept your mask on. Debbie knew something was wrong with her husband, but she had no idea how bad it was until she heard the gunshot that changed her life forever.  

With society constantly projecting a "fake" life, we often find it hard to be honest with those we love.  But, in all actuality, the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves.  I have found this to be true in my own life.  So many times, when I should have told people how I felt or my thoughts on things, I held back, and I not only hurt them by doing so, but more so, I almost destroyed myself.  

Social media can really wreak havoc on our minds.  For me, it was no different.  I bought into the life I "thought" I was supposed to have.  It had a slow burn on my life until I was completely consumed. What's interesting is when you hit the bottom of the barrel you expect no one there to relate, but that is where I found my biggest supporters...they all happened to be wearing orange jumpsuits.  Come and listen as I process through one of the hardest periods of my life.

Well, I have failed a lot in life, and in this podcast, I talk through those failures leading up to my biggest one.  I saw my name disgraced, my family and best friend suffer, and watched people walk away from my life.  But, after the earthquake of failure, those few people left took my arms and help me to stand back up.  To my family, Kendall, and Landon, I owe all.
