Mel is a lawyer turned success coach, NLP practitioner and wellbeing trainer. With a focus on career, confidence and relationship coaching, she combines corporate, coaching and counselling expertise to help purpose-driven individuals move from where they are now to where they want to be.
With a background in the high pressure corporate world, she has a particular interest in the high-stress culture of our increasingly ‘always on’ lives and the growing need for successful wellbeing strategies. Having worked in a variety of cultures and organisations from law firms to universities, charities and prisons, she’s skilled at stepping into different people’s maps of the world, helping to uncover what makes you tick and how to activate lasting change.

On top of her coaching, she also does corporate workshops like mindfulness and resilience masterclasses and mental health first aid, breaking the stigma around mental ill health and educating the people about how positive management of wellbeing can reduce the risk of mental ill health occurring.
