Jason Stephenson is the founder of Relax Me Online and has been involved in the meditation and relaxation music field for the past 15 years. He is a best selling author (Co-Authored Jack Canfield's "Success Mastery" book in 2017) and his YouTube Meditation Sleep Music Channel has grown to over 800,000 subscribers and has had over one hundred and sixty million views!
The importance of meditation came to Jason in his 30's, when he entered troubled times in his life, both on a physical and mental level. He relied on meditation and affirmations at this time to get him through some of the darkest days of his life.
After experiencing first hand the healing power of these practices, Jason realised it was time to give back to the world. He went on to release over 150 guided meditation and relaxation music albums on YouTube, iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify to help children, teens and adults believe in themselves and live more fully in the moment.
His guided meditation work has now been accepted in prisons across Australia (to help with the rehabilitation of prisoners), and recently his work has been accepted to be utilized to help over 4000 prisoners in the Mule Creek State Prison in CA, USA to aid in relaxation and sleep.
In November of 2017, Jason conducted a live meditation in Santa Barbara, USA to over 800 people at a Fest Forums event including Hollywood actors and musicians, Jeff Bridges, Frances Fisher, Chuck Leavell, and Kenny Loggins.
Recently, Jason collaborated with Jack Canfield (Author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series), to contribute to the book "Success Mastery”. The book was a best seller on the Amazon list, and Jason was presented with a Quilly award in Hollywood for his contribution in September 2017.
Jason completed his Usui Reiki First Degree Certificate and has completed a Diploma of Neuro-Psychological Immunity (H & H College Queensland, Australia). Jason has spoken and performed on an international level in Australia, USA, Taiwan, and Malaysia. He performed winning songs in an International Buddhist song contest, "Sounds of the Human World" in 2005 and 2006.
