TW: I talk about my eating disorder. In today’s episode, I share my food journey and how intuitive eating changed my life. As a kid, food was fun and exciting. As I got older, I began hating food. Food was my enemy and I really feared it, which led me down a dark route. After reaching rock bottom, I knew I had to change. I did not have a choice. I threw all of the food rules out the window and started checking in with my body and its cravings. This is when everything changed. I practice intuitive eating, which has transformed everything. I feel more connected to my body and I love the way I eat. I have such a deep appreciation for food now. I share tips and how you can start today!
