The Colorado Avalanche are back in action tonight against division rival Minnesota Wild and they will look to continue the beginning of the season struggles the Wild have found themselves in. Two games played, two losses while giving up 7 goals in both games. We know the Avalanche offensive capabilities so they are going to want to keep those Wild struggles going.

We also got an update on the injury to captain Gabriel Landeskog......kind of. Coach Jared Bednar stated the injury is "concerning" and is not exactly sure of a time table for his return. Not the words you want to hear from a head coach about his captain.

Finally, we take a quick look at the week ahead for the Avs. Four total games, and yes, another back to back. But this one is a little more manageable.
