  • Episode 282: You Lucky Dog

You lucky dog! That's what you'll be saying to yourself when you watch this out of control mindtrip where a man who could once telepathically understand dogs relearns his ability when a dog needs him to help secure the estate of his wealthy owner. If only understanding dogs was this man's sole power. No, when excited, the dog's entire consciousness is transferred in to the man's body and he begins  to become the dog, which is super fucking helpful when the dog has to testify in court. What the hell are we watching? Madness. Aren't we all glad we live in a world where this exists!? You Lucky Dog, indeed.

  • Episode 281: The Ghosts of Buxley Hall

While the civil war may have been over, the war between the sexes was still raging in 1980 and when an all boys military academy merged with an all girls school in order to stay operational, three ghosts were awakened from their slumber. Budget cuts and lack of funding were a problem, but according to one of these ghosts, the REAL problem was the destruction of tradition and moral decay! The Ghosts of Buxley Hall is a film that sets out to prove we're all created equal, and that bureaucracy is a mess.

  • Episode 280: Hiding Out

What if you had a second chance at high school? What if you were pursued by the mafia? What if you were hiding in high school from the mafia and fell in live with a 17 year old girl? What if you were actually 29 years old? What if?  Why not! At least, that's the attitude of this movie's main character. John Cryer plays  Andrew Morenski/Maxwell Hauser/Eddie Collins in Hiding Out, as a quest for survival quickly turns in to irresponsibility run amuck as a 21 year old plays a 29 year old crushing on a 17 year old. I mean, wtf.

  • Episode 277: Gate II

When we first entered The Gate we were surrounded by more people than ever before on the show floor of C2E2, now we re-enter The Gate from self quarantine in our separate homes via Skype. What a crazy turn of events in the matter of a month or so, but we must carry on our podcasting duties through thick and thin to bring you that weekly dose of good, bad, and WTF. This week we get to catch up with our good friend Terry in Gate II, as he finds out you don't always get what you wish for.....especially when those wishes come from demons.

  • Episode 276: Terminator: Dark Fate

As fate would have it, this film defies all expectations. Easily washing the calamities  of the previous two terminators from your collective consciousness, Dark Fate proves your fate IS what you make as Tim Miller makes a terminator film that lives up to the potential of the series. A combination of homages/echoes of past installments and new ideas, its satisfying to finally watch a terminator movie  that takes time traveling murder robots from a dystopian future seriously. The only regrettable thing about this release is that more people did not see it in theaters.

  • Episode 275: Stephen King's Silver Bullet

But, when a young wheelchair-wielding boy named Marty encounters a werewolf and all of the pieces begin to come together. With the reluctant help his sister and Uncle Red, Marty begins a mission to take down the werewolf once and for all. Tune in to find out, as we discuss Stephen King's Silver Bullet.

  • Episode 274: Stephen King's Sleepwalkers

If you were a cat person, you wouldn't think your number one enemy would be a cat. Also, you probably wouldn't be having sex with one of your parental units either, but you know what, you aren't a shapeshifting magical cat person monster so maybe you shouldn't judge their life choices! Well, we go against our own advice and judge the hell out of these fearsome felines as we dive in to stephen king's Sleepwalkers, a concept only this literal king of horror could bring to life in this under appreciated classic.

When a portal to the underworld surfaces in a suburban family's back yard, what will Glenn, Al and Terry do to send its escaping dark forces back to hell? Listen to a lot of 80's metal? Recite bible verses? Shoot rockets at monsters? All of the above? And so much more.  Special thanks to Chuck Load of Comics and The Chumpcast for helping everything come together and making the event run as smooth as possible.
