It's time to get back on track and reclaim the structure you may have lost over the summer.

Think about it:

Challenge All-or-Nothing Thinking:

Avoid the trap of feeling like you must do everything perfectly or not at all. Small, consistent efforts are more sustainable and less overwhelming.

Set Short-Term Goals:

Break down your goals into quarterly or monthly chunks to make them more manageable. Use planners to set and review these goals often.

Start Your Day Right:

Establish a morning routine that includes quiet time, prayer, and a bit of exercise can set a positive tone for the entire day.

How we'll actually do it:

Reevaluate and Set Goals:

Take a few minutes to sit down and look at your goals for the next three months. Write down your goals and then break them into smaller, actionable steps. For example, if you want to exercise 45 times in the next quarter, that means you'll work out 3-4 times a week.

Morning Routine:

Start your day with a few minutes of quiet time and prayer. When it becomes a habit, start adding a few minutes to your prayer time. Whether it's 3 minutes or 30, just make an effort to build this into your morning.

Accountability Partner:

Find a friend to join you in your goals. Whether it's working out, reading the Bible, or simply staying on track with daily tasks, having someone to encourage and keep you accountable can make a big difference (and make it a lot more fun)!
