In this week’s episode we discuss DC Films possibly finding their Kevin Feige and what that might mean for the future of their film slate. 

We also dive into the growing drama surrounding Don’t Worry Darling, including Shia LaBeouf coming out against Olivia Wilde’s claims that he was fired from the film. Lastly we get into the current slow state of the fall box office and talk why studios decided to not release much product for most of September.

Jack gets his chance to choose his film for his first deep dive and he goes with 2004’s Man on Fire, starring Denzel Washington and Dakota Fanning. We go into the plot and making of the film, detailing is cinematography, direction, and acting. We also dive into why the film wasn’t a big hit with critics but a hit with the general moviegoing public.
