Katherine discusses how hard it was to take on new clients without meeting them face to face and how she used the downtime during the pandemic to hone her craft. At the moment Katherine specializes in treat making, specifically chocolate covered strawberries and caramel apples, however she hopes to expand her menu and plans on taking baking classes in order to do so.
