Tonight we talk to and interview Pauline Palomino a decorator that actually learned to walk in a bakery. She is a business woman with her eye on the prize. She owns two bakeries, one in Montebello on Whittier Blvd and One in Huntington Park. Her cakes are known for there taste. Ro Zinniger is owner of Ro Z’s (pronounced Rosie’s) Sweet Art Studio. Ro is short for Rosie, which is short for Rosanne. A native from San Diego, near San Diego State University. Her father /grandparents immigrated from Northern Italy, and her mother/grandparents from Palermo Sicily. She was raised in her Italian grandmother’s basement kitchen, where she learned how to bake Biscotti, Italian cookies, and how to make ravioli’s and other yummy Italian dishes. That was the start of her love for baking, creating, and decorating. She loved to create for her family and friends … with a nice presentation. “People eat with their eyes first”

This week our guest is Raynard Ivan Ledford III or as we call him Ray. Ray is a man of business who started in a $2 an hour job and built himself into the leader of his business LeBerry Bakery. LeBerry bakery specializes in Vegan and Gluten Free products. From donuts and pies to cakes and cupcakes and so much more. Ray brought in some 3 day old donuts that taste like they were made the same day. The guys talk shop and remind everyone to Vote in November.

Sabrina is the ultimate decorating professional with over 10 years of experience and currently helping with product development at BakersExpress in Baldwin Park. In our later segments Alan Budiman from Caljava joins us to impart his wisdom. Alan comes from a bakery background and works hard to bring education and efficiency to his customers. We are so glad that we were able to fill Phil's big shoes in this weeks segment.
