Just a little ramble whilst signing off Season 4 , and 2022.

Reflecting on 2022, in terms of how it's been challenging for lots of people around the globe.

Also highlighting how some really positive things have happened as a result of a greater awareness and spirituality. Communities forming and helping each other, growing your own food, and drinking clean water, whilst showing kindness to each other.

Happy holidays to one and all, and heres to a much lighter and more positive 2023.
