While listening to my good sis Dr. Anita Phillips podcast In the Light, I was sparked to speak my random thoughts on feelings and processing my past interactions with others and how I can make adjustments to the manner in which I 1. identify and express my own feelings and 2. How I process and receive the feelings of others.  Part of the healing process is accepting the allowances of the Holy Spirit to truly examine ourselves and seek God in all things, including our feelings and allow God to truly reveal his intentions.  I pray this will spark thought in you as well and encourage you to explore and identify your feelings with God.

After revisiting this article I read a couple of years ago, I was pressed by God to reconsider what my purpose is when occupying space in my career path.  I was lead to review what it has been like to operate in a faith minority status and how we should utilize spiritual discernment to gain clarity from the Holy Spirit through the use of God's Holy Word!  We don't have to be disgruntled and struggling emotional, God has an answer for everything!  Looking forward to walking with you in the light in every area of our lives! 

Discernment

worldly definition- the ability to judge well

spiritual definition- more accurate and more in alignment with God the perception in the absence of judgment to obtain spiritual guidance and understanding

Think on these things: Attitudes, Action and Activities as pressed by God for us to consider when changing out thoughts, habits and behavior patterns to be more aligned with God's plan and purpose and to settle into His expectation of what a healed Child of God should look like according to His word.

4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, 5 for each one should carry their own load. 6 Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructor.

Remember this is not a therapy session, however you can most definitely journal and take this to your next therapy session what God reveals to you and what habits and thought patterns need to be shifted in order for you mind to be free and clear from the things of this world!

Something that in the walk with Christ can only be understood and accepted in building a relationship with God!  

In this episode we dig deep in to the processes of developing and building and recognizing that it won't always be as quick and fast a transformation we desire it to be.  We go into His word to seek what He says and I encourage you to continue this process because it will implore you to personally ask God "How can I walk through this process WITH YOU God?"

In Episode 2 this is an intro to discovering God's weapons of mass destruction in defeating the enemies tactics against our hearts and minds through depression!  We are not going to ignore that we as Christians experience both feelings of depression and are sometimes diagnosed with depression.  In this episode and the next one after it we will explore the Word of God and explore how we can access our healing and let the Holy Spirit guide us through it.  God gets the glory in all things, let's acknowledge His crafty plan for our lives!  Amen!
