In episode 22, we are talking all about being consistent. Your daily practices and habits can add up to something amazing if you’re mindful about what you put your time and energy into. Get really clear about what you want and work out the action you need to take to get you there. Split this up into sizeable chunks and start TODAY. There is no better feeling than being focused and clear on your goals and where you are heading. No matter what you want to achieve in life; whether that be a personal or professional goal, the key is to remain consistent. You may have heard “consistency is key” 🔑 But this couldn’t be more true. I realised how important consistency was when I wrote down my goals and the action steps I needed to take for all of them was to be CONSISTENT in that action. You’ve got this 😊

There is many actionable steps you can take to get yourself out of this space, rewiring your thoughts and thinking patterns of negative to positive, deflating to uplifting. It’s all well and good being an absolutely fantastic giver and supporter, but if at the end of this you’re left feeling nothing for yourself then what’s the point of it all. You need to keep some power for you to uplift inspire and support yourself, like you would your friend or family member.

When you know your value and your worth. You never settle for something less than what aligns with you and your purpose. Social media is a highlight reel of all the good in people lives. Don’t let it trick you into thinking your life is ordinary. “The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday” Don’t rush the process of life, you are not in competition with anyone else, your only competition is yourself. Everyone is on a different timeline. Things will happen when they are meant to happen. Just keep being you!
