Favorite takeaways:
1. If you could do anything, what would you do? When you ask somebody what they REALLY want to do, their energy shifts, every time. Every time! They open up, they’re standing straighter, you can see they’re beaming, they’re looking at you, they’re talking louder, they’re getting excited.
2. This is your life, and you get to choose what it looks like, so why would you choose the heaviness and not the fun, exciting thing? And the thing is, when you choose the fun, and the excitement, and the passion, and the fire, you show up better for everyone around you. It’s actually the best thing for everyone in your life.
3. There is always another option, there is always another option, there is always another option. People can connect to their resourcefulness and their creativity and their ability to be innovative. Sometimes you have to release and let it go, and sometimes you have to shift to find those resources to get where you want to go.
4. Sometimes the magic is in saying yes. There is so much magic in being open to the possibilities and saying yes and then figuring it out later.
5. I decided yes, this is for me. This is the point of decision, everything after that point of decision changes the energy, shifts the universe. When you decide to do it, shift happens. And then it opens up a path that you can’t see yet but you have to trust is there.
6. Self care is way more than bubble baths or chocolates, and being authentic is the same thing. What it looks like is you feeling unburdened, you having that sense of freedom, you finding your path to do what you want and claim what you want and leaving spaces and places that are not for you anymore.
7. People say that time is your most valuable resource, but I really think, a layer deeper, that energy is your most valuable resource.

Join Karaleigh in an interview with the inspirational Amy Dawns.
In this episode we discuss our untapped potential, the ways in which we can use our own personal growth journey to help our kids, the power of letting go, and how we can learn to love our bodies.
Amy Dawns is an Intuitive Soul Coach, Artist, Author of All She Needs is Love, Transformational Speaker, Poet and host of Winning the Divine Lottery Podcast.
1. When we show up as a mom and really step into our power and do the thing that lights us up, our kids need that example. We tend to think of it as being selfish, but when you do that thing, it’s for everybody. When you better yourself, it is better for everyone around you, especially your kids. Your kids benefit from you being your best self.
2. Our lives can truly be fulfilling when we learn to follow that inspiration and those intuitive nudges no matter what they are.
3. The creative process is: start, keep going, be consist, show up, and who knows what the outcome will be? I know that it’s going to be something so fun because I’m enjoying the journey.
4. Enjoying the journey is so important! We’re not here for some magical end moment because then it would be like, wait- what’s next? We’re in it for the next. We’re in it for the journey, we’re in it for the process.
5. When you prioritize your time to what lights you up the most, you get way more done in a day. But when you’re scattered and frantic and in scarcity mindset, guess what? You lose time.
6. You’re doing a better job than you’re probably giving yourself credit for. And whatever standard you’re holding yourself to as a mom, just make sure it’s not perfection, because perfection does not exist.
7. We need fewer strategies and more confidence. Know that you have won the divine lottery. Know that you have so much worth- you’re so valuable, you’re so incredible just as you are.

You’d never know what she’s faced, nor what she daily faces because she shows up with energy, light, and a heart for others.
Favorite takeaways:
1. Sometimes it’s not good or bad- it just is, and it’s what we make of it. You’ve got to take the facts, and it’s the emotion you put with the facts that make it good or bad.
2. Health actually has nothing to do with what you look like. Healthy isn’t skinny.
3. We have to be a voice for the voiceless, no matter what their struggle is.
4. We need to get rid of the shame and just focus on the health.
5. Express gratitude to the parts of you that you maybe don’t love but that deserve love. They have carried and protected you for so long.
6. I love my body. It’s not perfect, and nobody said it had to be.
7. You fit in because you feel like you don’t belong. Once we do belong, then we are no longer ourselves. We’re actually trying to fit in when not fitting in makes us who we are.
8. The only person you can ever be good enough for- the only one who even matters- is you!

Join Karaleigh in an interview with the loving Vicki Paris Goodman.
Vicki Paris Goodman is the author of To Sam, With Love — A Surviving Spouse’s Story of Inspired Grief. After the love of her life, her husband Sam, died of cancer in 2019, instead of despair she was flooded with optimism. She knew the story could help others and wrote the book with that goal. She is a retired mechanical engineer, a semi-professional violinist, and a singer. She served a Long Beach, California, area newspaper as theater critic for over 20 years.
Favorite takeaways:
1. We can have gratitude for the awful things. We can experience sunlight on the cloudiest days.
2. Is death this horrible, traumatic thing? It depends on your perspective. It depends on what you believe about it. It depends on if you believe that it’s just a graduation to something more beautiful.
3. There’s so many ways that we can find the sunshine in things that are supposed to be really awful. If we change our perspective and come at these things from a deeper belief system, especially that belief in God, and that everything is divinely inspired- that can just change our reality from sadness to joy.
4. Take the time that you need for yourself to process your emotions.
5. We need to start prioritizing our own emotions so that we can be better people for the people around us. When we don’t prioritize that processing time, it negatively effects our bodies, our minds, and then as a result, the way we treat everyone else.
6. Open your mind to something different than the culture and society always teach us. Consider that maybe there’s a better way.
7. There’s so much beauty out there, we just have to be open enough to see it. The truth is there is just so much joy to be had if we will be open enough to receive it.
