  • Rock Your Kindness with Tracey Ferrin
Join Karaleigh in an interview with the incredible Tracey Ferrin! Tracey is the Best-Selling author of Up Struggle, a motivational speaker, content creator, the host of Rock Your Kindness podcast that is presented by Love What Matters, and a proud cancer Thriver.
Across all platforms she has over 670k followers with TikTok being her largest. She uses her platforms to have fun, be a REAL model, and giveback. With the help of her TikTok community she raised over 40k for a Wendy’s employee and 90k for a man who needed heart surgery. She is also the creator of #wishlistwipeout
Tracey is married to her best friend Ryan, and together they have four children and 1 grandchild. Houston, TX is where she calls home. Favorite takeaways: 1. I am a huge advocate of listening to your intuition- to really listen to that, because doctors mean well, but nobody knows our bodies better than we do. 2. Watch me. Don’t tell me I can’t do something, I will prove you wrong time and time again. 3. You can do anything, it might just take time. It’s gonna take time, it’s gonna take effort, it’s gonna take a lot of work and a lot of consistency and a lot of practice, but you can do it. 4. The more I talked about it, the less power it had over me. I had to acknowledge my story- I had to own it to move forward. 5. This is for you, not against you. Lean in and search for the lesson that it has to offer. Struggles are not the enemy- struggles are opportunities in disguise. 6. What we put on repeat in our brains is a choice. Choose to believe that you will become stronger because of this. 7. Struggle plus reflection equals the lesson. Lesson plus application equals growth. Growth equals progress, progress equals happiness. Struggles can actually equal happiness if we allow them to. 8. How are you going to love your neighbor if you don’t know how to love yourself? It starts with yourself. Love yourself first so you know how to treat your neighbor. Kindness stems from love. 9. You never know how your kindness could save a life. That’s how powerful kindness is. 10. When we don’t feel good we don’t give good. When we feel better, we do better, when we feel like crap, we give crap. Find more from Tracey here:

Sarah lives to help other people to connect the dots in their own lives, her greatest joy is seeing the lights go on when a client has a sudden epiphany or lightbulb moment, a realisation or breakthrough of some sort. This is where Sarah’s heart is as she is fully dialled into her gift for empowering,

You are here to help others come out of the darkness of addiction and dance in the light. You are here to help other people turn their lives around. 3. One of the key things that has anchored me in recovery is spirituality…To feel the divine support available to me has been a game changer. 4. You can change your behavior before you fix your mind. 5. This is possible for us all, but you have to decide. You have to choose you. The moment you choose you, your life changes. It’s as simple as that. 6. Go deeper into your why. That’s where you‘ll discover the gold. 7. You’re worth it! Just keep choosing you, keep choosing you, keep choosing you! There’s so many people that love you! You’re not alone. 8. What is it that you’re running from? 9. Every day I spend in recovery is a day in the sun. 10. I’ve got sunshine in my soul.
