In this episode of Be Unstoppable Radio, Cass explains the Nutritional Coaching Institute Triangle of Awareness for your goals. This is how we as coaches ultimately determine what the main focus needs to be for you based on the goals you have. It breaks down into three different buckets when it comes to your goals: performance, aesthetics, and longevity/health. The idea here is that in order to really focus on one point of the triangle, inevitably some pieces of the other points will need to be compromised. Give this one a listen and ask yourself if you’re actions are consistent with your goals or if you’re possibly chasing something that isn’t in the cards right now with your current lifestyle.
