I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am , last year took me by surprise. I’ll tell you the truth. I wasn’t expecting it at all, jumping in with both feet and start running. I didn’t realize how much fun I was going to have and how much I was going to enjoy it.

So here we go season 2, “ BE Your Empowered Self (BE yes) “. It couldn’t be more simpler than that, I like to say it is, a storytelling discussion, conversation, self improvement, with a little bit of every day pearls of wisdom podcast. So you’re thinking what is it, (well, it’s my way) . It will help you find joy and purpose, and sharing life’s most meaningful and inspiring moments. Through a series of personal reflections, empowering insights and a few real life stories. The podcast aims to inspire, educate, empower, and inspire time a little humour on the side and encourage listeners to overcome their fears, doubts, and limited beliefs. It is a safe space where dreams or rekindled, self-esteem, self-doubt, and self-care are nurtured, upbuild, and uplifted you. So you can take practical steps every day, not only turning your someday into today, but to take your step fearlessly with boldness , the courage to leap, and we can only do that when you “be your empowered self.”

Hello and welcome, “In Reflection”

This is a special episode, just a little bit over two months. I started this podcast. I was excited scared all at the same time. But I was determined to let my love of sharing my idea, thoughts and just every day inspirational pearls of wisdom. OK so that will be according to my grandmother, my mother, I guess a few of my aunts. I know a lot of strong, courageous women in my life and they had a lot of metaphors, and a whole lot of every day wisdoms.

This episode “be your empowered self,” touch’s on the value of overcoming doubts, what if’s, and the ideas that failures are lessons to be learned. What was my plan for this podcast, hopefully leaving tips for others who need them. I was I determining to do 50 episodes by the end of December 20224. That was my goal. My family is an awesome support network for me every day.

Today’s episode it’s not about setting goals , it’s about embracing who you are at your core, turning into your

Worth, boldly declaring that your ‘ what if’s’ and doubts have no place in the journey ahead. Together, we are going to reflect on the small wins, celebrate our growth and commit to walking into this new year like moon beam and sun rays, radiant unstoppable, and purpose.

Today is my last episode for season 1, I was so determining to finish to the end of the year but I also want to have 50 episodes, at the ending of this 1st season. I am overjoyed and excited, I did it. I am grateful for all the encouragement. My family has been my biggest blessing and support. Thank you all so much.

Hello and welcome,

why is it so hard for most people to be their true self? Why is it we Tend towards being over nice, when we don’t want too or simply impolite most of the time.

But would you agree women, especially in their families and friends, put so much pressure on themselves, doing more for everyone, successful professionally and keep going even when we know we should slow down.

Here’s the thing, in the end, no one cares, no one remembers, because most people are takers. And I’m not trying to be me. I’m just being a realistic in the world we’re living today. And I’m not saying we shouldn’t help people and we shouldn’t be good neighbours and we shouldn’t take care of those we love.. I’m just saying when it comes from our heart we have no expectations, it makes us feel good and in the end, there’s no regrets.

Here is My take away , your life is your gift to you, live it. Enjoy it and be happy doing what you can, not what you think other people expect, or what’s expected of you.

Give yourself the permission to slow down, to be OK with OK, to protect your mental health, to self-care your emotional well-being. And don’t be guilty saying,NO.

Truth, you don’t need anyone’s permission to be yourself, to be enough, to be valued, to be worthy ,

It all comes from you, within you.❤️

“The joy of being enough ”

1st here’s my affirmation-

“ I am enough, just as I am. Joy and love are within me, waiting to shine.”

So often, we believe we need one more thing to feel complete. The world is filled with, just buy this and you’ll feel like $1 million , just eat this and you love the way you look thinner and better, here is the latest makeup that makes you look younger, and here is a magical look to make your hair look just perfect.

But here’s the truth- you don’t need one more thing to be enough. You already are.. living your best life doesn’t mean having it all figured out. It means finding joy in what we have the simplest things that are priceless.. I’m not saying we don’t need to dream and dream big as a matter of fact, this show is all about encouraging you to chase your dreams. It’s empowering you to go after your goals and purpose..

But remember, Joy isn’t waiting for you at the finish line. It’s right here right now in the journey., so don’t lose yourself on the way. When you feel overwhelmed or unsure come back to this truth, it will always guide you.:- you are loved , you are whole, You are enough.. everything you need to live a joyful meaningful life is already within you

What are the bonds that holds us together? Have you heard of the expression, loving kindness well it’s one of the most profound gifts we can give and receive. It’s not found in GRAND gestures or fleeting moments but in the quiet deliberate care we show to one another it’s about appreciating the people we love and the connections we share with them that makes life meaningful and taking the time to really care for those bonds that keeps us together.

When we approach life with loving kindness, we create a sense of togetherness, a deep, unshakeable bond that ties us to those we cherish, it’s in the words of encouragement. We offered a small act of generosity extend, and the patient we show when understanding is needed the most.

Here is my truth> “the true strength of togetherness is built on a foundation of appreciation, patience, and care”

In any relationship, loving kindness requires effort it means slowing down being in the present and truly listening . It’s in valuing what we have instead of longing for what we don’t. Love and kindness teaches us that the real treasure in life isn’t what we own. It’s in the bonds we build the laughter we share, and in the love we give freely.

And honestly, when I think about the times I spend with the people I care so much in my life throughout the many years, when I think back of all the times we spend all the things we did, all the dinners we had or the lunches or the breakfasts, what comes to mind is their smiles and their laughters. They’re kind words and gestures, the simple things. I so often reflect back, reflecting back on those that are no longer with us and in the same way I remember the laughters the kind words they smiles and the dinners. The lunches, breakfasts, all the simple things. what’s the point I am making, the value in life that we’re left with, of the ones we love are not big moments, really just simple things. It’s not the big house the fancy car lavish vacations and I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with those things I’m just saying there were not the things that created the moments, it’s the people in our life’s, is cherishing the moments, making bonds that will outlast anything else..

Have the most joyous time with your family, have a wonderful week with your kids and make memories of all the simple things that we take for granted

When we face struggles , it’s easy to focus on what’s going wrong, but every difficulty carries a hidden gift. I feel this is so appropriate for the time right now, I think people are thinking joy but do they really know what true joy is? Have they really experienced pure joy and where it comes from This might sounds simplistic because everybody says, yeah, well I know what Joy is, but do they really?

This episode is trying to capture what pure joy within each of us is or should be. Have you ever thought of, the joy within is pure, unshakeable essence of happiness that comes from being alive, connected and true to yourself? It’s not tied to external circumstances, material possessions, or fleeting achievements. Instead, it lives in the simple yet profound experiences of life.
