Hello and Welcome, what have we lost as a society from not remembering and embracing the Joy of Sunday happiness. The excitement and thrill of a lazy day. Maybe, just doing nothing but hanging with friends and families.

But maybe that doing nothing, was it good for people relationships, emotional, mental physical wellbeing.

Was it good for the children who needed the stability in their homes.

Yes, Sundays were magical, a day when Sundays dinners were a must and when laughters ring out in the air, when sharing in the kitchen, moving as if they are dancing, and hugs are welcoming arm, yes, these day were normal and more important than realize, when family came together for dinner, it reinforced, you are not alone, it teach you loyalty, respect, trust, kindness and love.

So, if you would like to have a Sunday meant for Joy today, it not about blood ties, look around you, who do you find, it about the people who are in your now, who you love and share your heart with and your laughter with on those special magical days of Sundays.

All of us, including families had to pivots had to change how we view quality times with family and friends . We had to adjust and we have to make time or else we can lose what’s importance.. I think the small things have become so mundane that people no longer choose to see their value and people no longer see the beauty in them the priceless quality they carry and how they cost nothing but is rich in every day wisdom for all of us.

So let’s make the best of this weekend and spend the time with family and friends, and let’s cherish those moments . Because one thing we cannot get back is time..

Reflecting your light means don’t dim it or hide it, simply let it shine, let it be a guide for others who might need encouragement and words of empowerment. Growing up, I had a bad habit of dimming my light and hiding my light, I can safely say entirely hiding myself.

And that’s what I mean about empowerment. First, we have to embrace our uniqueness embrace who we are and then help others to love their life and to shine their light more often.

This episode also includes the fact that we often try to fit in or avoid standing out . And again., it was a huge part of my life, honestly, it takes away from me embracing myself, and growing.

Remember, each one of us can inspire others in reflecting their-light . So let’s create ripple effects that join other’s ripple effect in acontinuous wave.

Think about this , “ your vibe, attracts your tribe,” 🤯 right. Well, this is a pretty great quote, but we know that isn’t always true. There is true and there’s id also false, of course, we know that energy sometimes resonated with energy that could be included in the law of attraction and believe that your internal state you believe your emotions and your attitude might create energy you project into the world and this energy influence, the people and situation you attract that’s one. But also, we know that there’s other side, there are people who can also be complex while there’s truth or idea of attracting like minded energy It’s important to knowledge life isn’t always so straightforward, opposite can attract and also there is the external circumstances where we can not control everything that happens in our situation or around us . And also we know that challenges can serve as no lessons. You can occasionally attract people who seem completely opposite to you but serve as mirrors to teach you lessons, highlight areas of growth..

The truth is my friends you can’t fully control who comes into your life, but you can control how you respond to them, and that is the reality for each, and every one of us, we can not control our life in all details, but sometimes that one anomaly can make everything different and yet very beautiful.

But I think one of the major key in our life, to align in the way we want, maybe it’s being more self-aware, and another point focussing on becoming the best version of yourself, really it is a powerful way to attract people who you align with, and really honestly you’re probably going to have the best chance in your life of living a happier life.

Finally, forget about the tribe and find your own vibes and the right balance and right friends and your path will always come back to you, 2025 strong, laser focussed and ready to, “turn someday into today,”

I believe dreams are too important, I believe dreams shouldn’t be wasted, I believe dreams are magical, they’re in the rim of what if’s , maybe’s, and definitely ‘possibilities waiting to blossom.’ But how do we know what dreams should be reality. Can you think back, of a dream, you had your whole life, it just won’t go away, it stayed with you even after years. That’s what we’re talking about here, we all have dreams, big and small dreams, and maybe, some of us were fortunate enough to explore those dreams at an early age in life.

But for you, you know who you are, the ones like me that shelved your dreams, well I’m glad you visit. I’m glad you stopped by, because I have everything you need to know, to make that leap, to jump, if you have to, and finally, “turn some day into today,” make your dreams happen ‘today’ take that leap, you deserve to live the life you dream off.
