Over the past few months I've been working with a lot of diabetic clients and bodybuilders that simply have extremely high glucose levels...and I've learned quite a bit during this time period! After I began correcting a lot of poor glucose levels, I realized it could be caused by a lot more than JUST poor nutrition...and adding in a simple GDA doesnt always fix the problem. Chronic inflammation, excessive oxidative damage, AGEs, vitamin deficiencies, and MORE COULD BE CAUSING YOUR HIGH GLUCOSE LEVELS.
