We're back with another educational segment of BEAST FITNESS RADIO and we're covering a Basic Overview on Peptides & Lowering Cortisol Levels!   Its been extremely fun for me to create these kinds of guides and they've been so well received! I decided to make a Nutrient Timing Guide on the basics of how to optimize Body Composition through proper nutrient timing, how to apply it, common misconceptions, and more!
