In this newest educational segment, I open up the episode covering all things CoQ10 and its interaction with heart health, lipid health, dosage, best form to take, what the science says, etc. (Also I misspoke on the glucose interaction segment...there IS some literature showing some merit but in application I havent seen enough to be convinced yet.)
